Trash Pick Up Days:
Trash will be picked up on Wednesday of each week. Trash containers provided by Waste Management may be placed at the curb the evening prior to pick up and must be returned to the rear yard or inside of your garage the evening of trash pick up. In order to have a trashcan delivered to your home for trash service please contact Waste Management at 1-800-796-9696.
Mailbox Keys:
The association is not responsible for mailbox key distribution. The previous owner should give you the mailbox keys at close of escrow.
Visitor Parking:
On street parking is prohibited. Your guests may park on the street for a period of 10 hours if there are cars parked inside your garage and on your driveway.
Assessment Due Date:
The assessment fee is due quarterly on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st and October 1st.
Assessment Late Fee Date:
The assessment is late on the 15th of the month it is due and a (10%) $16.71 late fee will be assessed to your account.

ARC Requirements:
All new construction and all exterior changes, including landscaping to existing structures must be submitted to and approved by the by ARC prior to commencement of work.
